Welcome to MyShot (“MyShot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyShot mobile application, website, features, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using MyShot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Not Medical Advice

MyShot is not a medical provider.
The app does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, tracking tools, dosage reminders, side-effect logs, and recommendations are for informational and wellness purposes only.

Always consult your doctor or licensed healthcare professional before:

• Starting, stopping, or changing any medication

• Adjusting your GLP-1 dose

• Making medical decisions based on data in the app

If you experience severe side effects, seek medical help immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use MyShot, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

• Use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of MyShot may require a subscription or in-app purchase.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Fees are billed through the App Store chosen at purchase

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings

• Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law

We may adjust pricing at any time with notice where required.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Ensuring all information in your account is accurate

• All activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.
By using the Services, you agree that MyShot may collect, store, and process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal health data.

You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your device and protecting your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MyShot to:

• Violate laws or regulations

• Provide false or misleading information

• Attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app

• Upload harmful code or disrupt the Services

• Harass, abuse, or harm others

We may restrict or remove access for inappropriate behavior or misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All MyShot content—including logos, branding, text, graphics, software, and features—is the property of MyShot or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

MyShot may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., HealthKit, analytics providers).
These services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or actions.

We do not guarantee:

• That the app will always be error-free

• Accurate predictions of medication timing, side effects, or weight changes

• That tracking data will be medically accurate

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyShot is not liable for:

• Injury, health outcomes, or medical decisions based on app content

• Lost data, profits, or emotional distress

• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the app

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyShot and its affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your breach of these Terms

• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

We may update these Terms periodically.
Changes become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MyShot at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms

• Misuse or abuse of the app

• Legal or operational reasons

You may stop using MyShot at any time by deleting the app.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
